Becoming a member of the Loyalty Program is very simple: upon your first arrival at the hotel, you just need to go to the reception desk and express your desire to participate. Or sign up for the loyalty program online
The Loyalty Program participant's Card cannot be transferred to third parties. The hotel has the right to refuse to provide a discount if the name of the cardholder and the name of the visiting guest do not match.
Please note! Discounts on accommodation are provided only in case of direct booking at the hotel: by phone, on the website or by e-mail, that is, without the participation of travel agencies and companies, travel operators, Internet portals, and other online booking systems.
Discounts on the loyalty program cannot be combined with discounts on other special offers and promotions.
Loyalty card discounts do not apply to group accommodation.
Discounts and bonuses on the loyalty card do not apply to banquets/receptions, rental of conference rooms and conference equipment.
The loyalty program is valid only for individual guests (payment is made from an individual).
The loyalty program discount is not available for special "Maximum Benefit", "Birthday", and other promotional fares.
The Hotel has the right to terminate the Program at any time at its sole discretion.:
completely or partially change the rules of the Program;
to supplement, limit or cancel any offers within the Program.
Registration and provision of data is the participant's agreement with the rules of the current Program, guarantees the participant's compliance with them and grants the hotel the right to use the participant's data to notify about ongoing events and promotions.
