1. The hotel is intended for temporary accommodation of citizens (hereinafter referred to as "Guests"). The hotel is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
2. Reservation and Cancellation Rules.

Guests with a confirmed and paid room reservation have priority for accommodation. If a reservation is not guaranteed (paid for) by the company/travel agency or the Guest prior to the arrival date, accommodation at the hotel complex will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability.

A reservation is considered confirmed upon receipt of a unique reservation number. Upon reservation, check-in, or free check-in, the Guest selects a room category, and the right to select a specific room within that category remains with the hotel administration.

In the event of a no-show for a guaranteed reservation and in the absence of a written cancellation (at least 24 hours in advance), a fee for the actual room stay will be charged, but not more than 24 hours. For reservations not guaranteed by a company or credit card, your room category reservation will be held until 6:00 PM on the day of arrival. After 6:00 PM, your reservation may be upgraded to any other available room category.

If you are more than one day late, your reservation will be cancelled.
3. Guests are accommodated upon presentation of a Russian passport, which certifies their identity as a Russian citizen within the Russian Federation. For children under 14, a birth certificate is required. The number of identification documents required corresponds to the number of guests staying in the room. Foreign citizens must present a Russian passport, a valid visa for entry into the Russian Federation (unless otherwise provided for by applicable bilateral government agreements and international treaties), or other identification document.
4. If guests have any questions, they may contact the Administrator at any time of the day.
5. Upon check-in, guests are issued a Guest Card and an electronic key, which serve as the basis for access to the residential floors and are valid for the duration of their paid stay.
6. The cost of services for the entire stay is payable upon check-in (unless prepaid). Payment for accommodation and additional hotel services is accepted in cash or by bank transfer.
7. Children under 7 years of age are free of charge for accommodation without a separate bed. If an extra bed is provided for a child under 18 years of age, a fee will be charged according to the current Tariffs.
8. Persons under 18 years of age are not allowed to stay at the hotel without an adult.
9. Pets are not allowed at the hotel.
10. Check-out Time:
The room fee is charged according to a standard check-out time – 12:00 PM local time.
11. Check-in Time: The guest will be able to enter the room at 2:00 PM.
12.Early Check-in:
Early check-in is possible subject to availability. Guaranteed check-in between 12:00 AM and 12:00 PM on the current day is possible with prior reservation and specified check-in time. An additional fee is charged per guest for half a night, according to the room category and rate.
13. Late Check-Out:
If guests vacate their rooms after check-out time, the following extension fee will be charged:
From 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM, a half-day fee will be charged according to the room category and Rate; after 6:00 PM, a full-day fee will be charged according to the room category and Rate.
14. For stays of no more than 24 hours, a full-day fee will be charged, regardless of check-out time.
15. An extension of stay is granted provided that the room in which the guest is staying is not reserved. Guests must notify the Administrator in advance of their intention to extend their stay. Subject to availability, another room may be provided if needed.
16. In the event of a Guest's early departure without a valid reason for departure or forced eviction, the cost of paid services is non-refundable.
17. The Guest will be reimbursed for services not provided due to a no-show or early departure for valid reasons, supported by documentation, such as illness, hospitalization, or death of the Guest or their immediate family.
18. If payment was made through a travel agency or company, refunds will be made in the same manner, upon receipt of a letter from the travel agency or company.
19. The Guest Book is kept by the Administrator and is available upon the Guest's first request.
20. The Hotel is under video surveillance to ensure order and security.
21. At the Guest's personal request, guests may be visited by their invitees. Invites must present an identity document at the reception desk. Visitors not staying at the hotel are issued a temporary guest card at the reception desk, which the invitee must personally return to the reception desk upon leaving.
22. The number of people in a room (including invitees) must correspond to the number of guests accommodated in the given room category. Invites are permitted in rooms and in the hotel building only from 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM local time.
23. Failure to comply with the rules of this paragraph may result in the stay of invitees being limited in time or interrupted. Guests are responsible for the actions of persons invited to their room.
24. Guests are obligated to:

Maintain cleanliness in the room and the hotel,

Avoid loud music and other noise during the night (from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM local time), Strictly observe fire safety regulations and the use of electrical appliances in the room.

Pay for services rendered promptly and in full.

Close water taps and windows, turn off lights and the television when leaving the room.

If you discover that personal belongings are missing from your room, immediately notify the Administrator by phone: +7 (495) 720-66-06 so that appropriate action can be taken.
25. Guests are PROHIBITED from:

leaving strangers in their room while they are away, or giving them their room key,

using additional heating devices unless provided in the Hotel room, SMOKING in rooms and on the Hotel grounds (in case of violation, the Guest will pay a penalty of 5,000 rubles)

disturbing the peace of Guests staying in adjacent rooms,
-
bringing weapons (firearms, bladed weapons, throwing weapons, pneumatic weapons, gas weapons, flare guns, and ammunition), explosives, narcotic psychotropic substances, Toxic substances, as well as other weapons, substances, and objects that may pose a threat to the life and health of citizens on the Hotel premises, property, or public safety.
26. The Hotel Administration is not responsible for the loss of valuables in the Guest's room due to violation of these rules.
27. The Hotel Administration reserves the right to enter the room without the Guest's consent in the event of smoke, fire, flooding, or if the Guest violates public order or the rules for using household appliances.
28. In the event of material damage to Hotel property due to the Guest's fault, the Guest is obligated to compensate for the damage in full, at the rates established by the Administration.
29. Upon check-out, the Guest is required to contact the reception desk to check-out of the room. Check-out includes: handing over the room to the maid, returning the keys, and paying for any additional services.
30. Upon check-out, the Guest is required to make full payment for the services provided by the Hotel.
31. In the event of a significant or repeated violation of these Rules by a Guest, the Hotel Administration reserves the right to apply administrative measures, up to and including evicting the Guest from the Hotel.
We strive to make the stay of all our guests as comfortable as possible and, taking this opportunity, ask you to note that, in accordance with Russian law, smoking is not permitted on hotel premises.

We would also like to inform you that a special fire protection system is installed in the rooms. Its sensors quickly respond to the slightest smoke in the room and immediately sound an audible alarm throughout the hotel. The smoking area is located at the main entrance. If you smoke in your room, a 5,000 ruble "post-smoking" cleaning fee will be charged.
