HOTEL RULES
1. The hotel is intended for temporary residence of citizens (hereinafter referred to as Guests). The Hotel's working hours are around the clock, seven days a week.
2. Check-in of guests is subject to presentation (in accordance with paragraph 18 of the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated November 18, 2020 No. 1853 "On Approval of the Rules for the provision of hotel services in the Russian Federation")
of a passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation certifying the identity of a citizen of the Russian Federation on the territory of the Russian Federation;
- passport of a citizen of the USSR, certifying the identity of a citizen of the Russian Federation, until it is replaced by a passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation within the prescribed period;
- birth certificates - for persons under the age of 14;
- passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation, certifying the identity of a citizen of the Russian Federation outside the Russian Federation;
- temporary identity card of a citizen of the Russian Federation;
- passport of a foreign citizen or other document established by federal law or recognized in accordance with an international treaty of the Russian Federation as an identity document of a foreign citizen;
- a document issued by a foreign state and recognized in accordance with an international treaty of the Russian Federation as an identity document of a stateless person;
- temporary residence permits for stateless persons;
- residence permit for a stateless person;
- temporary identification of a stateless person in the Russian Federation.
The number of identification documents required for the number of Guests staying in the room is subject to presentation. For foreign citizens, a foreign passport, a valid visa for entry into the territory of the Russian Federation and a migration card are required (unless a different entry procedure is provided for by existing bilateral government agreements and international treaties).
3. The Hotel does not provide temporary accommodation services to foreign citizens and stateless persons in the absence of documents confirming their legal stay in the territory of the Russian Federation, in accordance with Federal Law No. 109-FZ of July 18, 2006 "On Migration Registration of Foreign Citizens and Stateless Persons in the Russian Federation".
4. Check–out time (check-out time) is until 12:00 local time.
Check-in of Guests at the hotel is carried out from 14.00 p.m. local time.
5. The hotel is intended for temporary accommodation of Guests for a period agreed upon in advance with the hotel administration (at the time of booking). At the end of the stay, no later than the check-out time, the Guest is obliged to vacate the room and take out his belongings. If you wish to extend your stay, the Guest must inform the reception and accommodation administrator no later than 2 hours before check-out time. An extension of the stay in the same room is only possible if there is no confirmed reservation for it.
6. Upon check-in, the cost of services for the entire period of stay is paid (if there is no payment in advance). Payment for accommodation and additional hotel services is accepted in cash and non-cash form.
7. With a guaranteed (prepaid) reservation, the Hotel awaits the guest throughout the entire paid period of stay. If the prepaid reservation is cancelled before the day of arrival, the Hotel will refund the guest in full. In case of cancellation on the day of arrival, the Hotel has the right to deduct the cost of the first night's stay.
8. In case of early departure, the Hotel will refund the guest the funds for the remaining (unused) nights in full.
9. Early check-in and late check-out are possible subject to availability.
Upon arrival from 00:00 to 14:00 on the day of arrival, the guest will be charged 50% of the cost of the day in accordance with the room category and rate.
Upon arrival earlier than 00:00 on the day of arrival, the guest will be charged 100% of the room rate per day according to the room category and rate.
Upon check-out from 12:00 on the day of check-out to 00:00 on the day following the day of check-out, the guest will be charged 50% of the cost of the day in accordance with the room category and rate.
Upon check-out later than 00:00 on the day following the day of check-out, the guest will be charged the full cost of the day according to the room category and rate.
10. For the accommodation of a child under 6 years old (inclusive) There is no charge without providing an additional seat.
A baby cot (free of charge) is available on request for children under 3 years old (inclusive). A baby cot can be placed in any room category.
Additional beds (except for a baby cot) are available only in superior rooms (Studio, Junior Suite, Suite, Presidential Suite) and are charged additionally.:
- Accommodation for children from 3 to 6 years old in an additional place without meals – 1,700 rubles per day, with breakfast – 2,000 rubles per day.
- Accommodation for children from 7 to 11 years old in an additional place without meals – 2000 rubles per day, with breakfast – 2700 rubles per day.
- Accommodation for children from 12 years old and adults in an additional place without meals – 2000 rubles per day, with breakfast – 3000 rubles per day.
11. Unaccompanied persons under the age of 14 cannot stay at the hotel.
12. Placement of children over the age of 14, in the absence of legal representatives next to them, is carried out on the basis of identity documents of these minors, subject to the consent of the legal representatives (one of them).
13. The hotel can accommodate a pet weighing up to 5 kg, the cost of the service is 1,500 rubles per day. A veterinary passport of the animal is required to move in with a pet.
14. At the request of the Guest and with the permission of the administrator, the Guest may be visited by invited persons. The invited person must present an identity document at the reception desk. The staying guest is responsible for the actions of the visitors invited to his room, including responsibility for causing material damage, responsibility for violating the smoking ban and responsibility for paying for services provided by the Hotel to the invited Guest.
Guests can stay in the room without paying from 8:00 to 23:00 hours. After 23:00 hours, the invited persons must be registered as Hotel Guests and booked into the Guest's room or checked into another available room. Accommodation is paid according to the room category and the applicable rate.
15. Upon check-in, the guest must sign a consent to the processing of personal data and a guest questionnaire (on consent to the rules of accommodation).
16. The book of reviews and suggestions is located at the Reception and is issued at the first request of the Guest.
17. Video surveillance is conducted on the territory of the Hotel to ensure order and security.
18. The guest must:
- observe the silence regime at night: from 23:00 to 7:00 local time,
- keep the rooms and public areas of the hotel clean,
- strictly observe the rules of fire safety and the use of electrical appliances in the room,
- pay for the services provided on time and in full,
- when leaving the room, close the water taps, windows, turn off the lights, TV and other electrical appliances,
- if personal items are found missing from the room, immediately inform the reception desk for appropriate measures.
19. The guest IS PROHIBITED FROM:
- leave unauthorized persons in the room in their absence, as well as give them the room key.,
- use additional heating devices if this is not provided in the hotel room.,
- smoking in rooms and on the territory of the Hotel (Article 12 of the Federal Law of the Russian Federation dated February 23, 2013, No. 15 FZ). In case of violation, the Guest will be charged a penalty of 5,000 rubles. Please note that the rooms have a special fire protection system, the sensors of which react quickly enough to the slightest smoke in the room and activate the fire alarm. Please smoke in designated areas: at the main entrance, as well as in the backyard of the hotel.
- disturb the peace of the Guests staying in the neighboring rooms,
- bring and store bulky items, explosive, flammable, toxic, narcotic materials and substances in the rooms, as well as other items that may pose a threat to the life and health of citizens on the territory of the Hotel, to the property of the Hotel and to ensure public safety.
20. Do not leave valuables in the room. The Hotel administration is not responsible for the loss of the Guest's valuables in the room. If you need to leave your belongings, use the storage room on the 1st floor of the Hotel by contacting the reception desk.
21. The hotel is not responsible for the operation of city services (emergency shutdown of electric and thermal energy, water supply).
22. If any problems are found in the room's systems, as well as poorly fixed sockets or switches, or sparking in electrical appliances, please immediately inform the reception and accommodation service.
23. The Hotel reserves the right to visit the room without the consent of the Guest in case of smoke, fire, flooding, as well as in case of violations of public order or the order of use of household appliances by a Guest.
24. In case of material damage to the property of the Hotel due to the fault of the Guest or damage to the life, health of the staff, violation of the rules on the prohibition of smoking, the guest is obliged to compensate the damage in full, at the rates set by the Administration. The damage is compensated on the spot, before the guest leaves the hotel.
